United Color of Benetton

In my life long quest to over simplify, I have always looked at things in Black and White. and a lot of browns. Probably because it flatters my skin.

When I donned a piece from United Color of Benetton yesterday, a soft thing with soft multi coloured stripes , I took just one look at myself and fell in love. all my prejudices fell away from me, it touched the very core of my heart.

It is the kind of love that warms your mere soul , and makes you forgive AND forget, the one that enables you to look back with a smile , shrug a little..So I tried on the dark green sweater, the white V neck , the pink golfer looking top, the one with stripes of shades of different purples.. and all of them..all of them...made me feel incredibly good. I swear, no man has ever made me feel that way.

and I am thinking, it could be this simple.
